I’m a registered psychologist and equine-assisted psychotherapist who brings a grounded, compassionate, and down-to-earth approach to therapy. I believe in meeting people where they are at - with empathy, curiosity, and care - while offering evidence-based interventions tailored to your specific situation.

With a particular interest in complex trauma and its impact on the mind-body-spirit connection, I’m very passionate about helping clients reconnect with their authentic core. I tend to integrate approaches such as EMDR therapy, polyvagal theory, parts work, and psychodynamic theory to support healing and meaningful change. If you are interested in an alternative space for exploration and growth, I can also weave nature and animals into the therapeutic process.

I show up authentically in sessions, creating a laid back space of relatedness and wholehearted acceptance of whatever you bring to sessions. Going through my own significant mental health difficulties has created a foundation of compassion and understanding that simply is not possible to achieve through studying alone. Being a therapist is more than just a job for me; it’s my passion and life purpose.

I regularly engage in professional development and clinical supervision to ensure I provides the highest quality care. My collaborative and individualised approach ensures you receive support that’s truly aligned with your values, needs, and goals.
